EXP V 12.4.13

They reported to us that Expedition is not exchanging variables with FaRo starting from V 12.4.13.
This is related to an unresolved Windows bug when FaroManager is loading the library ExpDll.dll.
To overcome the issue, just copy the file libcrypto-3-x64.dll (from the Expedition folder) in the FaroManager.exe folder.
